Queries related to order

Yes! It is possible to track your orders. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. By clicking on the code you will be able to track your order.

We are really sorry to inform you that you cannot change your order once you have placed your orders. Neither your order nor the delivery address can be changed.

Tracking codes take time to work as they should be scanned by the courier team first. If you are finding any difficulty in it, have patience and wait for 48 hours.

In case of a faulty product, send us a close up picture of the fault in the product.

Every product page has its own size chart available, which guides you about the product size along with body measurements. This may help you in finding a perfect product that suits your body.

Each product page mentions the models with their relevant measurements and size worn for additional reference. If you find it difficult to select sizes for yourself, feel free to contact us.

It happens to everyone at some point; you find something you love only to see it’s sold out in your size. Not to worry, you can sign up for restock notifications by entering your email address on the product page in question. Sit back and relax and we will send you an email as soon as it becomes available again.

Return policy

If by any chance you have ordered a wrong product or size does not suit you, you have 30 days to return it without using it. Make sure you do not remove the tag of the product if you want to return it.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition.

In order to return an item following steps should be considered:

Your Order Number (starts with a # in your confirmation email).

Your postcode, email and phone number associated with your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

The cost of the return is your responsibility.

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags

Items registered separately or from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.

Returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be received. If your return is marked as delivered, have patience, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been confirmed. Your refund can take 5 working days to appear into the account you paid.

We do not offer an exchange policy without any valid reasons. If you want to change the color of the product or you have received a faulty product only then you are allowed to exchange.
